won item, paid and then seller returned payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!am very frustrated

Won an item , paid by paypal, then had an email to say refunded due to problems with her paypal account!!! said she would relist as private and then let me buy them.... me thinks not quite right. NOW has changed ID ( it came up on the item which is still inmy won info. I have emailed several times, she says, hasn't had time, ( although is also selling other items and have listed 2 more)... she says she is busy, sister listed new items, says will email me when relisted..... I have emailed again to say why change id, why relist, Am really narked and think i'm being taken for a ride. Anyone any advice please?

If your money has been returned, you've lost nothing. I'd run as fast s I can in the opposite direction, and find an alternative source for whatever you were buying.....

yes i know shrinking but i really wanted the shoes!!. I have just emailed ebay to see what they say. It was perhaps stupid, she had only bought one thing on ebay, but you have to give people a chance and i'd only sold/bought one thing once and someone bought from me and all was ok. Just feeling really frustrated.

I've had to refund people more than once, the dog ate one of the heels of the shoes and the second time my dh threw them out by accident.
