what if ive bid but no longer want

have put a bid in for a computer game but silly me bid on the wrong one one as my son already has that one.is there anything i can do??

Hope someone else outbids you.
If not, re-sell it yourself.
(You can retract a bid by the way, but it makes you look a bit unreliable).

You could send the seller a nice email see if he minds if you cancel - me and my mum were busy watching Corrie and didn't realise ds (then 3) had done a BIN on an expensive piece of Thomas (we didn't even have Thomas!) I emailed a big apology and explanation and they let me off!
