Just tried to log in about 6 times.

My user names correct and Ive had the same password for years.

Ive logged in as DH and checked my account through 'find a seller' and theres nothing being sold on there by anyone and doesn't seem to be anything unusual going on,

This happened to me a few weeks ago. My account had been hacked into and items listed for sale on it.

First, go into your email and paypal accounts and check they are OK, then change the passwords.

Second, go to ebay live help. I had to wait about an hour to get through to an advisor but they were really helpful. Ebay had realised what had happened and changed my password themselves to protect my account.

Don't panic- if ebay have changed your password it means they have worked out hats happened. They had cancelled the auctions and cancelled bids/ contacted buyers etc on mine. I have had no long term problems (touch wood!)
