I have certainly seen other ebayers do this,
as long as you don't actually insert their images in your page, without permission as this is more likely to be a copyright issue
but i think that a hyperlink is ok.

(however I am not a legal expert so could be wrong)

I have done it a few times but only until I get time to upload my own pictures, but find people do prefer to see pictures of the actual item you are selling, personally when I am buying I often think maybe people have something to hide if they are not using their own pictures

i think it could be dodgy if i can not see the exact item for sale.prefer to see the real deal
