I have over £300 cleared in my Ebay account which I am trying to transfer to my bank account. I can find nothing that says WITHDRAW in MyeBay or seller hub. What am I doing wrong?

You need to find the ‘Payments’ page. Are you using the app or desktop version?

TheCompactPussycat · 01/05/2025 14:52

You need to go to 'My eBay' and then under the 'Account' tab/section, click on 'Payments'. You'll then get a blue box (either in the app or desktop) saying how much is in there with an arrow in the top r-h corner. Click on that and you'll get the option to withdraw.

Or funds will automatically be sent to your account at the start of Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct.

I have to log in to do this. Are you logged in?

TheCompactPussycat · 01/05/2025 15:57

Click on Payments and you should then see the blue box.

EBay seems to have changed how it pays out. It takes a couple of weeks until the funds can be withdrawn. Until you can see the blue box in Lady Foo Foo’s message you can’t take the money.

Ahĥh.
Thanks all for the advice. A payment of £60 went in last month with no effort from me at all, so I've I expected it to be the same for May - money that could be better utilised elsewhere.
I'll keep trying.
Appreciate everyone's help and advice.
Meg.
