the feedback changes happened today - part of the changes mean you get all feedback for multiple purchases from the same buyer. before you got just 1 mark per customer. These changes apply to the past 12 months.
Check your ebay messages for more info - there are quite a lot to the changes you may need to be aware of

one thing to note which is causing a lot of upset is neuts, including all those received in the past 12 months now count against you FB%.

If you note your number of transactions and the new number of FB you now have it may not tally. It could take a few days to settle

Good to know about the 1 mark per item, not per customer. I only normally leave feedback for one item if I buy several from the same seller. Will start to leave FB for everything.
