trouble listing on ebay and auctiva last night .... can anyone help?

I tried to add some items onto ebay last night but had loads of problems ,specifically when i added a photo ( which took forever) it seemed to make paypal vanish as a method of payment ,ive sold stuff on ebay loads of times without any problems and i dont understand why this happened , do you think there was a glitch with ebay ?
My DH suggested i do my listings through auctiva but when it came to catergory ,i found it all a bit confusing ,and although we were logged on to the uk site the kids clothing descriptions sounded american ie skorts ? does that make sens e ,im used to ebay automatically offering the correct category so i found this a bit odd ,has anyone else used auctiva to sell kids clothes and whats the secret ? Can't help with the problems you were having last night I'm afraid bu I have just started using Auctiva. I found it a bit confusing to begin with and it is sometimes a little temperamental (freezes for no reason and losing unsaved changes) but once you've done a few (and its working ok) its really great. Saves money on listings, you can upload loads of pics for free and the templates are quite good. Its a bit strange with the descriptions - I tend to search for something, use the closest match then once the listing is posted revise it in ebay. It's useful for me as it takes me forever to describe things and you're able to save the listings and post them when you're ready. Apparently you can schedule free too although this didn't work for me. Hope this helps
