Buyer Claiming Different Item Received But Shows Two Different Packages?

I posted a grey mens jumper two days ago and the buyer (female name) messaged me to claim they received a ladies lace top.

The photo of the outside package looks ok (black) but the lace top seems to be a completely different packaging (white)! Pretty certain they just want a refund. Is this worth escalating to ebay or should I just refund them their £12?

Can you check the tracking and see if yours has actually been delivered yet?

The Royal Mail tracking doesn't show as delivered (I paid with 1 stamp + 1 trackable barcode) but the photo with the address label is my package and writing so clearly she has received it.

But unless I am going crazy, she has sent photos of two different packages. One white on the outside and one black (my package!).
