Vinted - proof of postage- is an email proof acceptable?

I've always sent my parcels on Vinted via Royal Mail.

I used to take them to the Post Office but lately (for other parcels- not Vinted) I buy postage online and my postman collects them from my house. I get an email confirming collection.

I want to start selling again on Vinted but would like to have the parcels collected from my house.

I'm not up to date with the T&Cs and doubt this query will be covered on the site.

Is that email enough proof for Vinted? Is there any way I can upload it as proof of postage instead of a photo of a cert. of postage (the paper receipt from a post office)?

I don't think this is an option on Vinted. The buyer pays for postage up front. It generates a postage label/QR code for the postage option they've chosen. You can change what options are available to them in your settings. There is a Royal Mail tracked 48 hour option but the only times I've used it, this has been a QR code that you have to take to a post office and drop off.

Thanks.

I have my setting changed to RM only- this is because I live several miles from anywhere else where I could send it from, but I'm in a small village and we do have a post office.

The QR code you mention must be new and a paperless version of what I used to do.

The QR code should generate an email but I wonder if this can be uploaded as proof of postage on the site?
