Sold an item, and opted for eBay pre paid QR code but postage was not enough to cover- how do I get a refund ?

Sold an item and opted for a pre paid at code but when I came to send it the post office said that the postage was not enough to cover the package as too big with box -
so I paid £15 for more postage
do you know how do I get a refund on the we code postage ?

there is no customer service chat on eBay / costumer email address ?

Did you pay via eBay (pack link?) or on the royal mail website?

£15 more!!! Surely you must have thought the ebay suggestion was too low.

@CherryRipe1 I paid via the eBay link - I haven’t done any eBay selling for a few years so wasn’t sure that I had even opted for the pre paid Royal Mail code ?!
it suggested £9.43

@1987qwerty tbh I went to the post office to check the price without the packaging - silly i know !

now I am trying to get a refund but there is no way of contacting eBay ?

Yes you get an automated refund - go to your orders and there is an option there to cancel the postage stamp you bought. If you call them, ebay are super helpful - I've always had great customer service as a seller.

I've been caught out a few times because you need to enter the weight and dimensions of the product to print the correct stamp which I have sometimes got wrong!

@roses2 nailed it, that's the solution. I think Royal mail direct might have a refund option too.
