Is it me or can Auctiva be a bit temperamental sometimes???

I've just started using Auctiva for my ebay listings and its great.... when it works! Is it me/my computer or have other people had problems with it? It just seems to be either really slow sometimes or just hangs when you try and save a listing/add pics etc. and then won't let me back in again! Very frustrating.

It sometimes hangs for me if I'm uploading 20 or so pics at a time. However, my camera takes really high res pictures, so I usually crop and edit them before I upload them. I also upload at 'quiet' times of the day, so they're there later when I do the listing. Otherwise it seems fine.
