I had this problem before with a DVD boxset I bought. I left neg. feedback and the seller refunded me and I agreed to retract it. However.. some people aren't very nice and leave neg feedback in retaliation. I would try emailing again and if you still get no response then leave feedback.

When do the rules change so people can't leave undeserved feedback for buyers?

The listing does say expected delivery time of 7-14 days so was well within that. It was probably cheaper as it came from HK - so what's the problem??

3.Your item will be shipped in 1-2 working days after your payment is cleared. The shipping time is 7-14 days. sometimes take a little longer, Due to Local dispatch Or other reasons, it might Goes more than 20 days, if you do not got it in 15 days, please email me, I will go to the post office check for you.

Glad that it's perfectly ok and that it arrived within time stated etc. It also states to contact after 15 days.
What advice do you need?

It also says that they will reply to emails which they havent... and why say they are in UK when they posted from Hong Kong??

The Hong Kong thing has been an issue on ebay for a long time. Ebay have tried to solve the problem but still fail. The main problem is that genuine UK sellers get swamped beneath the vast amount of cheaper HK items. On the whole though it seems that buyers get a fair deal from HK sellers.
If I'm buying (especially goods such as this - which is a popular HK item) and prefer the location to actually be in the UK I just check the feedback as usually HK is mentioned.
