Why oh why do so many people use the word 'stunning' in their eBay listing title? It's especially rife in the baby clothes section. I click on it, expecting it to be something truly amazing and beautiful and... it's a white t-shirt or something.

Well you kind of just answered your own question. It made you click on it to look at it, which is exactly what they want people to do. Chances are then that someone will want it.
