Not sure what to do. I purchased an item online NOT on Ebay though and paid using Paypal. I got a blank message straight after the receipt from Paypal instead of an order confirmation e-mail. So I e-mailed back to ask whether she could send details of my order, estimated despatch date etc. Phoned and left a voice mail message, no response. I sent another e-mail on the 24th and she finally replied apologising and that she was on holiday and that there must be a problem with the website and that she will send it on Saturday afternoon. Shall I wait until Friday before I suggest refund? I'm not so bothered the item anymore as it was intended as a birthday gift.
