can I retract my counter-offer?

A buyer offered me £70 this morning for my pramette, I counter offered £75, they haven't accepted or decline yet, but I have seen something that I want and need the £70 so is it possible to retract the counter offer and accept her offer?

I think if you email the person and explain your change of mind they will probably take your offer. Just amend price on invoice. Or wait a few hours and see if they take up your offer, maybe they have been working/busy and not checked their emails since you made counter offer.
