Best offer - am I using it right?

If I allow best offer on a listing the buyer is meant to give me their best offer? Is that right? I keep getting people asking me as seller what the best price I can do is but I want them to offer me what they think it's worth. Am I using the feature correctly?

Yes, you're using it correctly. I would reply to them with "thanks for your interest, make me an offer and I'll consider it!"

Thank you. I usually get a fair few offers in so just choose the highest if the buyer doesn't have negative feedback as a seller.

If you're getting offers then it sounds like you're doing everything right. There seems to be a trend of people asking "what's your best price?" these days. I had it on Facebook marketplace, too, when I sold some things.

Just reply “my best price would be the full asking price! Thank you so much for asking, I hope we do business together soon!”

Thanks all :)
