I bought a pair of boots for £1.99 on 13th April and they have not turned up yet. i left a message for seller earlier in the week which she ignored, I then sent a stroppier one yesterday. She says they were posted on 15th and everyone else she posted to has received theirs. She also said she had proof of posting. I know it is only a small amount but what should I do now, this is the first time this has happened to me.

If you paid with pay pall raise the issue with them, the same thing happened to me a few months ago when I bought a pr of jeans, I did get the money back eventually.

Good Luck

Ask her to send you the proof of postage so that you can sort it out!! That normally works a treat. Or, wait the 10 days and file a claim/open a dispute. I'm a seller on ebay and from what I understand, once you open a dispute the seller, more or less, has to refund your money, but only if you used paypal to pay for the item.

open a paypal dispute and you will get refunded . It is up to the seller to claim from the royal mail so don't allow her to pass it on to you.
