Vinted Evri delivery status delayed

I'm not in a rush since they've only despatched it on Monday, but 3 times in a row now, the status has alternated between "Unable to deliver" and "At the delivery depot" on the Evri website and "In transit" and "Arrived at sort facility" on Vinted.
Today however, there's been no update in status.

I'm not going to do anything just yet as it's only the first day for estimated delivery window, but when do I need to start worrying? If it does end up being lost in transit, what happens? I've not had it happen before on Vinted as a buyer, so I remain hopeful!

I once had a parcel lost in the senders sorting depo at Evri. I waited a week and contacted the seller who started an online chat and like magic it was sent out to the sorting depot near me within the hour!

So it's not Vinted that sorts it out but the sender?

I'm also having a problem at the moment.

Returned an item on Vinted via Evri. Says it's there for seller to collect. Seller is saying it's not there.

Vinted aren't responding. They're down their item and I am down money!

OP, yours will probably turn up at some pint within the next few days. However, if it doesn’t you’ll probably have to wait a full month until Vinted classify it as missing, and then they’ll start looking into it with Evri. Evri will duly confirm it’s lost and buyer and seller will both receive their money back from Vinted. The buyer will receive cost of item plus postage paid, and the seller will be credited with the value of the item.

I have ordered a parcel from zavetti and it says on Evri email lost in the senders sorting depo at Evri. I ordered the coat on the 14th December and out for delivery on the 16th December and it’s now 29th December I have left lots of online chat and they never get back to me zavetti and Evri is a robots and just says they will get my enquiry look at right away and i get no response just one email saying on 20th December I'm Claire and I'll be taking care of your delivery enquiry.

Firstly I'm sorry we haven't delivered on time for you. I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier.

We are aiming to get your parcel back on track and delivered today.

I'll check first thing tomorrow that your parcel has been delivered. If it hasn't, I'll be in touch before 10am.

You don't need to do anything. I'll look after things from here. If you have any questions you can reply to this email & I'll be happy to help.

In your case, you would need to get in touch with Zavetti and let them sort it.

Mine never turned up so I got a refund after it hit the 25 day mark on Vinted.
