how to post a car seat?

would you just stick it in a box or bubble wrap it to death? dont want to get neg for crap packing and mostly dont want car seat to get bumped and become unsafe! but also dont want to spend a huge amount on bubble wrap. anyone sent one? could also do with advice on couriers pls

I would wadd the box out with scrunched up carrier bags and a small amount of bubble wrap around the car seat. I use payperdrop, or p4d and have found them both reliable and cheap.

I worried about the same thing. In the end I said collection only as didn't want the hassle of buyer possibly saying it had been damaged and therefore wanted full refund etc etc admittedly I was probably paranoid.

thanks ladies, very helpful and reassuring to know its not just me who is paranoid! i have picked up some brilliant bargains from pick up only in our area, we are up in a corner of england with not enough people to make it worth selling like that
