Selling kids clothes on Vinted

I did really well on Vinted at some point as I have just under £1000 worth of sales in last year. But sold hardly anything since January.

I'm listing everyday, reducing prices but I find that if something is going to sell, it's goes within the first 24 hours.

Just done another big sort out and list and wondering yet again if Vinted will ever pick up? I'm guessing it's not me or anything I'm doing, it's just a saturated market.

I'm getting between 0-7 views on everything. Leaving things up and people then looking at your bnwt Zara dress for £4 also no longer gets me anyone bundling up. If I list say lots of stuff for £1, someone buys that one item for £1 snd I don't want to sell one thing a day for £1 either

I think it’s getting too popular (after all their advertising). There are simply so many items for sale now that the chances of your items selling is much smaller.

Plus I’ve seen so many children’s clothes for sale that are in really bad condition (often described as ‘can be used for nursery spares’) that I’ve almost given up looking for children’s clothes.

I think some of vinted policies are a bit backwards too, they don’t really help the buyer if something is wrong (wrong item sent for example) it has put me off and I wouldn’t buy anything that was more than a few pounds now due to losing out before.
PayPal on eBay is much safer for me.
