Locked out of Vinted account

I would be so grateful for advice
I had my hotmail account which I use for Vinted hacked last night. I then got an email from Vinted to say my password has been changed. I did NOT change it.
My hotmail account has been recovered and I have changed my password for Hotmail but Vinted is not contacting me on my Hotmail account in spite of my requests to change my Vinted password.
I don't know what to do. I have two items being delivered which I bought on Vinted. I cannot acknowledge them or confirm they have been delivered.
I would love to talk to a person at Vinted. Not possible I know.
Unless I can log in, which I can't, there is no way of letting Vinted know that my account has been hacked.
Any ideas, suggestions?

Just wondering, What happens if you click on a link to your sale from the email sent to you regarding it? Does it let you access that way?

I think I will have to create a new Vinted account and I perhaps could then access the Vinted help section?

I think there's an email address for the legal team at vinted, I've seen it posted on here before, maybe look for that online?

No help re accessing your account but just some thoughts: Do you have items for sale? Whoever has hacked your account won't be able to provide those items if someone buys them. Do you have money in your account? If so they wouldn't be able to access that unless they changed they bank account details, and that may flag up a warning sign as it won't be your name.

I have not got anything for sale but I have ordered two items which are due to arrive. I will not be able to confirm their arrival.
I have my bank details linked to my account but no money has been taken yet.
I hope Vinted have locked the account but it is really hard to contact anyone at Vinted if you are locked out.

Try the above email - no idea if it works but it's on their website alongside their address.

If you go to vinted home page and then click 'help centre' and key in 'hacking', it will give you an option to contact them (at the bottom of the page) and give details of what has happened. Have you tried that?

It asks for your email address, and, though it does state "log in to vinted to speed up the response time", it may let you give your information without logging in - which you obviously can't do!

Yes, please do. Vinted are an absolute nightmare in so many respects. They seem to change their rules and policies on a whim at times, and their customer service is dire.

Account restored, thank goodness. A bit of a palava but the online tech team were very helpful.
I am grateful for all of your sensible suggestions. I was in a bit of a panic.

That's brilliant news! I'm so glad that you got your account sorted - I understand the relief as mine has been blocked before now and I was having palpitations! It really does send you into panic mode.
