Vinted- can't access my messages

Has anyone had this and resolved it?

My inbox on Vinted is showing 17 messages. I can't open them. When I hover over the icon, nothing happens. Obviously I'm concerned I've had offers on my items for sale.

I searched the site and there is no way to contact Vinted about this as far as I see.

This happened to me last weekend. It took a few days to sort itself out but did eventually. Very frustrating though.

I had something similar. I either updated the app or deleted and redownloaded it again.
