This is all going to sound really petty but I am so pissed off!

Item description:

In fact the joystick didn't scroll down at all, only up - also it would only scroll right if pressed v hard with fingernail - and the phone was worn out and filthy.

p&p was £5 - actual postage was £3 & it was packed in a black binliner so she made £2 on that, and it cost me nearly £2 to return it to her. She did return the money but as a payment, not a refund, so I was also charged 63p by paypal, which added to the £5p&p and the nearly £2 to return it means I paid out £7.50 and ended up with nothing.

I asked her to make a refund payment just of the 63p, which I wouldn't have been charged if she'd done it right in the first place, but all she did was whinge on about having lost £2 in charges on the transaction - even when I pointed out that she'd made £2 on the p&p and still had the bloody phone to sell to some other mug (I didn't put it like that!) she refused.

So I left her neutral feedback:

and she has now left me negative

how do you add a comment to negative feedback???

I've no idea but much sympathy - I'd be pissed off too.

tbh I'd be back in touch with her and explain that you require a FULL refund. She has done it all wrong. She should refund the total amount you paid including p&P.

I'd be tempted to open a dispute with paypal to try and claim the full amount.

Nothing much you can do about the feedback unless she agrees to mutually withdraw. It does however make her look really really bad.

You can (and deffo should) add comment to the negative. Unfortunately I can't remember how to do it though.

Thank you all, that actually makes me feel much better

I just found out how to reply to feedback but accidentally sent only half of what I wanted to say on mine to her, which looks really stupid and of course you only get one go at it. bugger.

6lm, I didn't know I could do that - will try it - thanks! (Or could just threaten her with it I suppose...)

Oh, it's too late I think - has to be done within 45 days and the transaction was on Feb 22.

Oh well - venting here has helped a lot
