Help please Don't know what to do.

Bought a buggy from ebay booked the courier as the person selling it was charging over £30

I said before I booked it that they come anywhere in between 9 and 5 monday to friday so he picked monday. So I booked for then and e-mailed him to let him know.

He has now said that he can't wait in and thought that it would only be a one hour slot in which to pick it up.

I don't know what to do.

I am trying to cancel the couriers now but can't get through.

Please can anyone help or give advice as I am in tears over this.

Oh no - I don't have any solid advice but please don't get upset.

maybe message him back and explain you can't get through to them.
or.....pull his contact details and phone him to discuss this - it does sound like he is being awkward (he wants the £30) so maybe talking on the phone will make him realise you are a real person.

When he agreed to Monday between 9-5 was this by email or ebay message?

If he won't wait in all day then you need to try to cancel the courier (keep phoning)

Then decide - you either pay his £30 courier fee or tell him you need your money back and look for another buggy
