Accused of sending fake - grrrrr

Got a message from buyer that BNWT item is a fake. So I sent pic of receipt from official shop but they have written a load of baloney about it being from China.

I have spoken to eBay and they say to refund once item received. I guess I have no choice but what if they remove tags or damage item? It was expensive.

Check they didn't swap it for a fake one

Yep, that's a scam, they will send you a fake as the return.

Waaaagh! I have close-up pics of the tags, and I have messaged and told them that, plus the matching receipt? Can they still claim fake?

I'm almost certain that's what they will try to do, you have pictures but you cannot prove that's the bag you sent.
