Do you refund postage costs or just the price of the item?

The buyer wants a refund because the Grobag i sold had a faulty zip.

the buyer returns the item and the seller refunds in full (Inc P&P)
a good seller would refund the cost of the return postage

So, she bought 2 grobags, i put £3 each p&p i gave a discount for buying 2 so p&p was £4.50. She is keeping one grobag so do i refund the cost of the returned grobag plus £2.25?
