I'm clearing out my husband's wardrobe - just wondered which is less faff, eBay or Vinted?

I've never sold anything on either - I always give everything to charity but I feel as if I should sell something's on line if I can.

Thanks for advice

I’m finding Vinted surprisingly painless. I signed up a week ago and have had 3 sales so far.

Ebay is just stuck there. I’m not even getting any views let alone sales

I use eBay a lot and get sales every week. I signed up to Vinted but just couldn't get the postage options to work so I gave up and went back to eBay.

I've also had an issue lately with a couple of buyers whose parcels 'went missing' - eBay made sure I wasn't out of pocket and I could speak with them on the phone to sort it out which I'm not sure is the case with Vinted.

Thank you, that's really helpful!

I've found eBay pretty good and feel wary of Vinted as a seller, though the small number of purchases I've made recently on V have gone ok. It does seem a bit like (some) customers might be moving to Vinted and away from eBay as sales can be slow sometimes.

On eBay you can opt for a sale to give a proportion to a chosen charity. Vinted you need to look carefully at what postage options you have ticked unless you are happy to use multiple couriers/method.
