regulatory operating fee from 8th april

Anyone else got an email about this? Can't work out what it means for my prices. I'm going to have to work out how to factor it in

Yes basically they are going up, what a surprise!
Hardly worth selling on eBay anymore; people only want to pay a pittance, fees are up and there are loads of scammer out there.

I recently sold an as new item. The buyer gave me a neg, asked for a refund, then put the item up for sale for £100 more! I complained to eBay, eventually they said that I didn't have to process the return. They then refunded the buyer who got to keep the item. I'm furious and have closed my account.
