Royalmail collection from seller

After some advice... I'm selling an item on ebay as collection only. Someone has asked if they can arrange for royalmail to collect it and they'll send me the proof of receipt pin beforehand. Is this ok or a bit suspect?!

You'll have the added cost of packing it up. I'd suggest you up the price to include p&p inc tracking and arrange the RM collection yourself.
