Family member bought a mobile phone on eBay. Listed as an unwanted gift, box sealed.
Since receiving the item, contacted the original phone company for help with the phone and they have come back and said the item was stolen. Family member has this via email.
How is the best way to approach seller/ eBay for a refund? Obviously a little concerned as the eBay seller has family member’s name and address!
