Seller sent item to old address

I bought something on eBay about 2 weeks ago. I realised when checking out that I hadn't updated my address since I moved as my old address was showing on the invoice. I immediately contacted the seller to explain and provide my new address for shipping. They replied to say no problem, they'd send it to the new address.

I haven't received the parcel so checked the tracking info. It says the parcel is being returned to the seller because "Recipient is not at address". So I'm assuming they sent it to the old address after all.

What do I do now?! Obviously I need to contact the seller again but what do I say? It was quite an expensive item which I obviously still want. I don't really mind paying postage again if it gets the item to me, but how do I do that? Do they need to cancel the sale and I rebuy with the correct address on the invoice? Any advice appreciated!

Well I feel a bit of an idiot now. Blush The parcel has just been delivered to me as redirected mail. I guess there was no option for that in the tracking info. Phew!
