I've bought on eBay for over 15 years, but have never sold on there before.
I listed an item, that is quite large, on there, as no one bought on Facebook (it's a children's toy).
I listed it as collection only and emphasised the collection only part in much larger text and in bold. I also didn't choose any postage method.
Today it has sold. The buyer lives 200 miles away and they paid through eBay (and eBay have now sent me an email as I hadn't linked my account to my bank, as I wanted cash on collection to avoid scams, but realise you cannot force this).
I haven't even got the buyer's address as I didn't give a postage option, so they have only told me the town she lives in, not her address.
I don't want to post it. I put it on under what I wanted (or others go for), and fees have already eaten into that.
I sent the buyer a message asking when she wanted to collect it, but don't know what else to do?
