file a non payer dispute, get your fees back and then relist. a strike should teach him 'the ways'

liahgen · 12/03/2008 21:04

definately. agree with last poster. Shouldn't have bid on it then should he,??!!

DoubleBluff · 12/03/2008 21:05

I had one of those once and I just went back and said I was sorry, but he shouldn't have bid if he didn't want to pay - it's a legal transaction when you bid. Give him a day, then do a non-paying bidder strike - you will at least get your fees back. Not sure how you do it, but I think you can do a second chance offer to other people who were bidding....

on ebay - there is a drop down box on your list of items sold
or there is an option if you have the page on the sold item open (hope this makes sense)

ok, thank you. i havent heard back from him so i have sent a second chance thing to the last bidder before him.

thanks for all you help
