changing postage on sold items PLease please help

Im really really good at buying on ebay!!! But im now selling and trying to combine postage on a buyers multiple purchases but on the invoice page it keeps changing the postage back to what it was every time i recalculate after changing it! Please help im close to throwing pc out the window!!!

Just change the amount and then send (you can preview first to check). Don't press recalculate.

have you ticked all items that are listed as i kept doing this and realised there were check boxes on side of items then i recalculated so total cost had changed then i added postage then sent invoice i'm sure that was correct

check all boxes
recalculate
enter new postage
don't recalcuate
preview
send
