I've just sold a really lovely jumper and the buyer has sent me a picture showing a hole in the sleeve (it is possibly repairable if his wife can sew!)
I hadn't noticed it as I've had it a long time and probably only worn it once as it's now way too small
How do I go about giving him a part or full refund? I don't want it back.
