Buyer saying there’s a stain when I know there isn’t one

I’ve just had a buyer request a refund on my item (new with tags) stating there’s a stain on one area and including a photograph. I photographed all areas properly and know there is no stain! it definitely wasn’t there when I posted it as I checked beforehand and it doesn’t look transferable from main item (it is a detachable collar). It looks like something the buyer could do herself to mark it.

If any item I have has a stain or pulls (if jumpers) then I’ll state that in my listing.

I’ve just seen on her feedback she’s pulled a similar stunt on 2 other sellers re stains.

I’ve refunded her but should I do anything else or report her?

I hope you didn't refund her without a return (?)

You could try reporting her.

You can also add her to your blocked buyers but that's a bit pointless as she'll not try it with the same seller or she could use a different account.
