Ebay advice for a complete idiot!!

I have just sold an item on ebay, the item was listed, sold and the successful bidder sent me the payment through paypal..

I realised when I got the item out that I advertised the item as the wrong colour and so refused her payment, e-mailed her to explain...

No reply. What do I do? Do I still owe her the item??

How long since you sent her the email - did you send it properly through ebay and not to her personal email ?

Of course you don't owe her the item, you have refunded her.

I sent it to her a day or so ago to both addresses...

bear in mind she might come back and say she still wants it and doesn't care about the colour - if she does make sure she pays again before you send it.

You could have sent an email explaining without refunding, she really might have wanted it and not cared

So should I relist it? Or wait a few days for her reply (if any)??
