Have you heard from them yet? I sold something once (had specified UK buyers only) and someone in France won it. I was ready to be all irate then she emailed and asked if I could post it to her Mum, who was in the UK.

work out the postage to Italy and send an invoice.
If you only want to sell to UK you should set this in your preferences, not just on the listing.
Only send to the address on paypal even if they ask for it to be sent elsewhere

How do I set it on my preferences?

select - do not allow bids from countries I do not post to

i've sold to Australia, China, all over at times. People have usually contacted and asked if its ok to bid, then i've worked out the correct airmail postage. Go onto the Royal mail site thats comes up on ebay, weigh item and it works out the postage for you. You may need to stick on a customs sticker, but its very easy

thanks sixlostmonkeys

littleboo - it is just more hassle so I want to avoid it in future.

it really isn't any more hassle - you pack it, stick a stamp on and take it to the post office - no different to UK
