How do i get different type faces and punctuation in my listing?

I'm sooo crap at Ebay, I can never get paragraphs, or pretty type faces to appear, and usually when I try listing something, the selling site crashes.

HOW do I get the description to look good? Idiots guide please..

There are loads of sites that do the hard work for you.
