Vinted bundle returns

Hi all,
I'm new to Vinted and can't work this out. I sold a bundle and the buyer has found a stain I didn't see on one of the items.
Options are to return and refund or refund without return. If I refund without return will the buyer just get refunded for that one item, or will I have to give them everything in the bundle for free?

Do they give you the option to offer a partial refund?

Not very obviously, it looks like just those two options.

The refund options are not great. I had a buyer who wasn’t happy that the packaging was damaged in transit - I offered her return and money back or I would give her £10 back. She happily accepted the £10 back but you can’t do that through Vinted so I sent her the £10 via PayPal and once she had that she hit the ‘everything is ok’ button
