Just made offer but realised after checking feedback that it’s not good at least 1 recent negative and 1 neutral. I.can’t withdraw the bid it seems now can I?

Yes I think you can. It might be possible in your list of bids and offers. You have to pick a reason and it will withdraw.

There's no penalty to you if you change mind. Just message seller as soon as listing ends to say you changed mind.

Personally as a seller I don't mind someone doing that at all. Seller can't neg buyers, anyway.

You can retract your bid OP, before the auction ends.
