Should I leave neg feedback

I won something off ebay and when it arrived the seller had sent the wrong item. i emailed and they were fine, not overly apologetic but offered to paypal me P&P to send it back.

It's a mistake and i could easily have done the same thing but i would have been effusive in my apologies. it's such a faff as i now have to wrap up the item and take it to the PO. what should i do about feedback?

well they're going to sort out costs for sending it back to you, so I don't see the problem

no neg feedback would be wrong if they are sorting the problem out with no caost to you. I know its a faff but its a mistake

belgo · 28/02/2008 12:27

that's a bit of a hassle. They should check things before sending.

Just say something like 'confusion as wrong item sent but seller recified this satisfactorily' that way you have said your piece but still not slagged them off.

If I do this (twice now in 1000+ items ), I offer a refund of double the original P&P the buyer paid, one lot to say sorry for the delay, and one lot to compensate the buyer having to send it back to me.
