Silly Paypal Question

I know paypal isn't just used on ebay but thought I'd ask here....

I have a paypal account, so if I buy something on ebay and pay using paypal how does it work?

Does the money come straight out of my bank account attached to paypal or do I have to transfer money into the paypal account iyswim?

the money come straight out of your ban account via paypal to pay the seller. HTH

you can pay on credit card via your paypal account

So I can just select that I'm paying by paypal and it will take the money direct from my account unless I select otherwise?

yeah I think it depends on how your paypal is set up
mine is to a credit card so if I don't have enough left in paypal "cash" then it takes the difference from my credit card

i just need to add - if your card is not confirmed, then it pays by echeque which takes a but longer for payment to go though(sorry just making things more confusing)
