Sending offer to watchers

Hi, I had a sales listing finish (unsold) earlier today but with minutes to go someone sent me a generous best offer. I was driving so missed it, and the item has auto-relisted. I can see the username of the bidder/offerer, but how do I message them to get them to offer again, or how do I send a best price offer to them?

I’ve googled and searched my selling page, but cannot see how to do this. Help!

If they really want the item they'll be watching your account to see if its relisted or searching for the item, so I wouldn't chase them.

I would just go into the listing and set up a minimum amount to automatically accept the best offer. If you set it at £20 and they offer £30, they will pay £30.
