I'm new to Vinted, having used ebay for years, and I'm still getting my head around it.
There is an item I want to buy on Vinted, it is delicate and will need careful packaging if it is to arrive without getting squashed, I have messaged the seller three days ago asking how they will be packaging the item but they have not replied. Feedback for the seller seems good.
I am not sure whether I should go ahead and buy the item anyway (I have been looking for this specific thing for ages and they don't come up often) or wait longer to get a reply, or walk away without assurance re packaging, given that it will be useless if it arrives squashed or bent in any way.
If it does arrive damaged, how are returns with Vinted, or opening a case or whatever? Is it a huge palaver?
Any advice gratefully recieved.
