Sold on vinted and In post

So last week I sold a few items with Vinted. I do state in my listing that In post might take longer than Evri due to the fact that the lockers are often full. Well I have been to the lockers 3 times now, they are always showing full despite me looking online before I go and them showing as empty. I have explained to the buyers who are being patient BUT its frustrating as I just want to post and finish the transaction. Also, the In post lockers are on the other side of town from me meaning that soon I will have spent more in petrol than I have made.

I have emailed In post but not holding out hope. What can I do, I am thinking of either refunding posters as I cant fulfill the postage or is there a way postage options can be changed ie they can pick Evri which I can post the same day.

Yes, go into settings and just unselect inpost as an option. It’s in postage under settings.

I had this recently, thankfully the buyer was an absolute star. There's no way to change the postage option once something has been sold so I waited it out, refunded her, removed the inpost option and she bought again. I then got it posted the same day and she gave me great feedback! Very grateful.

Ah sorry I didn’t realise you meant after sale. That’s frustrating. Where I live (Glasgow) there is never a shortage of in post but I’ve heard about it in other parts of the country.

Try taking the impost stuff to evri drop off. They usually take it because it’s the same couriers collecting.

I no longer use Inpost for Vinted after they claimed a parcel had been delivered to a local shop but the shop had no knowledge of it. EVRI all the way.

Is there a post office near you? Can you use RM instead for future listings?

I only accept evidence and yodel with the digital label. It makes such a difference as I have two easy drop offs.
