I bought an item on Ebay on 9th June with an estimated delivery date of the 15th. Seller had not despatched by Tuesday so I sent a message asking when he would do it and he wrote back saying sorry and that he would despatch it the next day. On the 14th he marked it as despatched but did not include a tracking number or who is meant to be delivering it. When I bought the item, it said it would be sent with Evri/DPD/UPS next day delivery. My friend says I should open an 'item not received' case now, but should I wait a bit longer?
