A buyer complained about an item they had already bought at £20 off the listed price. I was so annoyed I asked them to send it back but I couldn't find the return label for the size/weight of the item in the app (I wanted it sent recorded by Royal Mail) anyway then as I was still looking for a solution eBay have put my account 'on hold' and the buyer has now said they will accept a partial refund (CF)
My question is - how do I send them a £20 refund when the case is on hold? I've messaged eBay they are frickin useless
