Why can't I offer Click and Collect?

I accepted an offer for an item, but the buyer has asked me to relist as a BIN so she can select Click and Collect as her delivery preference.

I cannot make it work, have altered the postage settings, added item dimensions and on and on!

She should have asked you to add it to the listing before she made the offer!

AFAIK, ebay will automatically include you in the click and collect program, unless you opt out, or your item is classed as dangerous or age restricted. So I don't think there's anything you can do from your end anyway.

She's trying to scam you. Click and collect will let her pay electronically, collect the item from you and then manufacture an excuse to rescind the payment.

If she wants to collect she can do cash on collection.
