Rouge Bidder?

I've a pushchair(micralite on e-bay) I put starting price for £35 still 2 days to go and a bidder 0 feedback has started to randomly bid. Should I cancel their bids or what?

why cancel? unless you stated that bidders should have x amount of feedback.
I am guessing s/he just wants the pushchair. and maybe they have decided to up their highest bid a couple of times to make sure they get it?
